russian rocket Posted September 9, 2013 Report Share Posted September 9, 2013 hey guys, i am in the market for a new torque wrench and want to see some recommendations. i really dont want to spend more than 400. somethings i want in it: -digital -1/2 drive -switch between in lbs, ft lbs and nm -needs to have angle measurement -400 dollars or less i have seen a couple on sears website and i just saw the snap on one that looks pretty cool this is the one from sears http://www.sears.com/digitool-solutions-digitool-solutions-sdts-250f-torque-wrench/p-00934074000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1 i cant find any reviews on it and it seems a but cheaper than the rest any recommendations will be greatly appreciated, thanks! The dam thing was more accurate than my Snap-on model!! However, for heavy duty use I don't know how well it would hold up. Though I guess if you have the means to check it, at the price it would be worth it to toss and get a new one when it strays too far.
