zeitgeist57
I've got a set of slotted aluminum wheels that I'm looking to put on Cleetus. This would be combined with the lowered DJM "Dream Beam" front I-beams I got earlier this year before my hausfire. We're looking to move back in soon and I'm jonesing to complete some garage projects. The wheels are old-skool 15x9s all around, and with Cleetus being 2WD and a lowered front end I'd like to do a staggered-size tire set, with OWL/RWL sidewalls. However, understandably, most of the tires I find in a 15", wide-rubber profile are RADIAL T/A's or something like that: more street/strip than truck-traction. Is there a heavier-tread set of tires (think Goodyear Wrangler AT-S) that still can be found with a 50- to 65-series sidewall?
