There's nothing wrong with it. Some people like to have their box stuffed. In all honesty, I don't think I've ever Negged anyone, except maybe imstock2, and I think the whole idea of it it flawed. With every site I've ever been on the trolls and fan boys always have tons of +rep, but rarely contribute anything worthwhile.
