Chief8one
Just throwing this out there. It's winter and some might be getting the cabin fever and want things to do. Not sure if anyone would want to get together for some shooting at a indoor range etc.? I'm new to the Columbus area/gun owner so ... I thought it might be fun? I only have 46 rounds through my 92a1 and the fun factor of shooting solo at a range seems like it would only be fun for a short time. With others could be an evening. Like I said just a thought. I am trying to learn all the different gun models/makers and it's like studying for one of my old biology exams. So much info.
Diamonds
I'm down. I'd prefer to go to briar rabbit. But I'm down for whatever.

BrianZ06
Been wanting to hit up the range this winter. It is fun going with others and trade off shooting different guns. I want to get better with this Beretta .22 Target pistol.

Dharris89
I may be in. I shoot mostly handgun so LEPD is my range of choice but any will do. OP is there something in particular you are interested in shooting?
cybe
I'm usually at LEPD as well (weekly)
RyM3rC
What do you guys think of the range staff there? (at LEPD) Good enough for a meet, or no?
Diamonds
LEPD staff seems trashy and greedy. Seems like a family business of scumbags. Been there twice. Do not plan on going again.
BrianZ06
Never been to LEPD. Black Wing is just down the road from me,reason why I go. I would go just about anywhere with a group though just for a fun meet up .
Dharris89
LEPD is close to me and even without a membership, the range is reasonably priced. Plus they are ok with me picking up brass. I don't buy anything there as their prices seem high. If I want to shoot I go there. If I want to buy I go elsewhere.
macpyro2
In, usually go to black wing when the weathers bad.
Diamonds
Im in for Blackwing or Briar Rabbit. For those who haven't been there; Briar Rabbit is worth the drive. Just my opinion though.

Briar Rabbit isn't some super clean state-of-the-art facility. But, its got a covered rifle range where you can hang steel targets every 50 yards (basically). And, I have 4 steel targets that have withstood dozens of rounds of 50BMG. Here are the targets I have. And here is a bad picture of the range. The mounds are down the left-hand side. Each one is 50y from the next.
stangsn95gt
I have 7-8 of these I can bring, they are AR500 http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k204/stangsn95gt/A11DD251-4D1B-4437-8039-8DE8BAE67977-16192-0000133A0B4E5E99.jpg
Radio Flyer1647545514
I'm down. I'd prefer to go to briar rabbit. But I'm down for whatever. In for Briar. Lots of space in the pistol booths for a large group and you can do a lot more than shoot paper. I haven't even seen the new rifle range yet. 87GT
I don't have any steel targets but I am for sure down for briar. I don't care how far away it is if it looks open like those pics above.
