vonrottes
When I did my LS-swap I bought the radiator that was suggested to me by a few users on S10forum... Well said radiators have a problem with leaking after a few months... Specifically the header plates where the tubes go in. Is there ANY shop that can repair this thing for me for less than the cost of a new radiator?? It's a Dual 1" core Aluminum Radiator. before it leaked it would keep my engine around 195F (Fan OFF in motion, Fan ON low stopped) I just don't have the couple hundred to spend on a new aluminum radiator right now and my only other option is to get a HD4.3 radiator which is a single 1" core. Not Brian
http://ep.yimg.com/ay/rodi/j-b-weld-mighty-puddy-stick-2-oz-8.png I had a leaky radiator on one of my older cars back in the day.. just pull off a wad of this junk, press it on into place, let dry, and blam. Unless I'm misunderstanding where the leak is coming from.

I wouldn't be able to get JB weld in there Try Hedrick on Morse http://www.bizzspot.com/Radiators-in-Columbus-OH-Hedrick-Auto-Radiator-208 Thanks, I'll give'em a call

cdk 4219
Not an aluminum radiator probably cannot be fixed, or should I say that radiator shops will not repair tube leak failures. Stop leak or new radiator.
