xlr8tn Posted April 30, 2014 Report Share Posted April 30, 2014 Friend of mine has a TDI that he's having a trans issue with so I wanted to see if any of you guys have experience with them. He says when he puts it in reverse it goes in and out in and out of reverse. Doesn't that sound like a solenoid issue? He's shopping for a trans but to me that just sounds like he needs to replace a solenoid. Anyone ever done one of these? I did a little reading and not exactly sure what trans the 05's had but found a bunch of info on the 09A solenoids. If it's not that trans would it at least be similar?
