They are factory reset which I believe was 2.3, but they can be updated to 4.1 I believe, but it's not an OTA update meaning it has to be downloaded etc. I'll have to dig up chargers for them if you don't have a standard charger, but I'd sell both to you for $50 or $30 for one?
