It is: tanked, cam bearings, bored, honed, torque plate. .30 over, clevite bearings, moly rings, rods reworked, new rod boat. GM regular rods -- not vortec which are junk. Crank was reworked, balanced rotating assembly, heads were tanked and cleaned. Valve job performed, springs and retainers. Needs a cam, injectors and distributor. This is an EXPENSIVE build that was done by a guy who has been building for 53+ years.
