I think the company that used to sell them was called tomahawk or something like that. I had a friend that bought a set of red ones like 6 years ago, all he could complain about was how out of round they were. I don't think they are available anymore but I don't see anything illegal about it so I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed in the US.
