The top surface is 3/16th thick and the box tubing is 2x3 I think .083 thickness that was left over from odds and ends. The welding is mediocre at best and I'm not going to lie. It does come with wheels that can easily roll around the garage and can lock when it's needed. If I downsize to a 1 car garage, I can't have 1/2 a parking space taken up by metal tables so I need to get rid of one. My other I modified into a metal brake and need for future projects. The two holes you see are mounting points for one of my metal shrinkers.
