Art Posted March 1, 2015 Report Share Posted March 1, 2015 11 WRX I have a P050a code showing which is "cold start". It seems to be intake related vacuum leak is a possibility. MAF possibility. Throttle body. My question is, if I clear this to get to work tomorrow with traction control am I hurting anything by clearing the code? I will get it to a shop ASAP but tomorrow morning is not possible. I've read that SOA recommends a reflash of the ECU. If I plan to tune the car, tuning would potentially correct this code or not. I do have a K&N panel filter. It has been in the car 3 weeks. I have seen the engine light a handful of times since installing the filter. Sorry if this is a hard read, on my phone.
