Good to hear man hope it goes smooth.

We were in contract but the dam seller keeps asking for extentions. About to tell this buyer to go kick rocks.

 

Sounds like they are having financing issues...did they get the appraisal done yet? What type of financing?

Yea already done, we have a meeting scheduled at 430 today to close, so far they havent cancelled so hope it goes through this time.
