KillJoy
So..... I recently received a speeding ticket that receives 2 points. I do not deny the ticket, but, would going to Court do anything to reduce the Points? KillJoy
Cordell
You can always pleed not-guilty and talk to the prosecutor. Pleading guilty automatically gives you what you have coming. or what I do because I'm lazy and don't like dealing with it, pay a lawyer. 2 Sweet
From my experience, lawyers are fucking worthless for speeding tickets. I've had more luck just going solo and talking to the prosecutor. They will probably reduce it to zero points right off the bat.

BBQdDude
Also when they knock the points off have them make it a non moving violation.
