TimTaylor751647545500
The wife and I went out for a little drive this morning and when we stopped to get something to drink, I couldn't get the key out of the ignition. Have never had this issue before. Turned the wheel fully both directions, but the key won't go into the lock position. Any help is greatly appreciated. Nickey4271647545519
I'm on my phone currently. But iirc theres a place on the bezel to stick a paperclip that will release the key, even if it's not in the lock position.
TimTaylor751647545500
I figured it out. This was originally a column shift car and a floor shifter was installed. The collar on the column shift had moved out of position. Rotated back to park and it's good to go.
Bam
Or you could do what my dad does and just leave the keys in it if you have good insurance.....
