W/D included in the unit. Move-in time can be early January. Rent is $1395/mo. (Non-negotiable, as it will be through the leasing office and not myself) The community itself is new and very nice, with a 2 minute walk to Kroger on Chambers/Northwest Blvd. It is also a 15 minute walk from the OSU campus, which is great if you tailgate or have tickets to Buckeyes games. Dont think I've ever seen this particular rental community though, I have probably passed it and not realized.
