Installing BMR Cradle Lockout Kit

Biggest thing that took time for me was getting all the bolts started during re-assembly. After lots of little movements I managed to get it aligned so I could put all the bolts in with my fingers a good portion of the way. The fronts are much tougher because you're going through several plates at once.

Here is the back on one side. The large hole at the top center of the picture is the best place to use a pry bar to make fine adjustments.

This is the completed front.

Here is the jack setup I used to support the cradle while I was moving it around.

Man I need to rethink this, I don't have a jack like that. Hmmmmm Awesome info, thanks a bunch! You rock!

You're not really lifting the car, just supporting the cradle so putting a single jack on the diff should be ok.

I really need to get a good jack I still use mine from Meijer I bough in the 90s. :masturboy:

That one was like $90 at Sams Club and the cross bar was under $40 at Harbor Freight.

Everything under $600 was made in china that I could find.

Well got the car up and started looking at what need to be worked on. And the CONVERTIBLE Brace bolts in to that area and has extra parts the fastback must not.

So I guess I just need to return this. Fortunately I bought it from Jegs locally.
