vonrottes
Multiple manifold bolts broke off in a 5.3 that a friend bought for a s10 project. Just extract them.... It's time consuming.. But it can be done with a good carbide bit...which are about $20-30 each
The Other Nick
I have a set at home. One side I know I broke a manifold bolt in but the other is good if I remember right. When I get home I'll look.

Problem is there is a drill bit/extractor broke off in one of the holes and this is a cheap build so machine shop would likely cost more than another head

A cordless drill and a $35 drill bit and about an hour and I had the extractor and 4 broken bolts out... Even did it with the heads still on the engine. I'd like to get $700 because that's what I have in the porting and valve springs. nevermind......
