It's just my wife and I, so not like we are doing 3+ loads of laundry a week. Reviews are very good on the washer. I'm not seeing much on the dryer, except for heat element replacement, which we have never had an issue with. I think they are about 8-10 years old. Buyer responsible for transporting.
