wagner
So violent it bent the chassis and they had to go to the backup car...
SpaceGhost
Holy shit how does that happen within inches in front of you and you walk away. No metal in you? I mean the Takata airbags be killing folk out here....
Nickey4271647545519
That chassis already has a new front half on it and will be ready for this weekend.

What's scary is that the RV to the right of the shot actually had one of the blower restraint straps stuck in the side of it. Jack signed the guy's RV and gave him some merchandise

clone
Broken camshaft seems to be what they thought happened. They found one of the restraint strap buckles hit a RV and left a cut in the siding. Jack Beckman signed the guys RV.
Avenger1647545502
It's amazing the amount of damage done by essentally one cylinder not firing....the fuel charge fills that cylinder, then backs up into the blower case, then BOOM... The blower and head straps have saved lives for sure. Back in the late 80s/early 90s, Eddie Hill LAUNCHED a cylinder head into the left lot at Trails. Pure luck it didn't hit anything, just imagine the energy it takes to do that!
