Looking for nothing more than a range toy that's fun to shoot and easy to shoot for newer shooters/females, etc. I like the vector and feel for $1500 or so i could have a nice gun with all the goodies (sights, brace, mags). Just want to know if its a good shooter?

Il post a decent response here later when I have more time but highlights are

That $1500 will grow fast as you won't keep it stock

Keep it very well lubed

And they don't take kind to reloads

Have you shot one before? And I assume you want the .45 not the 9mm correct ?

I have shot a 45ACP suppressed and unsuppressed.

PROS: Very accurate shooter. Very controllable when getting into follow up shots.

CONS: It's ugly, plastic, and boxy. I would not buy one.

I think a 9mm Mp5 clone is the perfect choice for an easy shooting carbine. I had one, it was unbelievable accurate. It's as easy to keep drilling the same hole as a 22LR.

Plus 1000 points for cool-factor.

You are 200.00 and a tax stamp away from being cool as fuck if you buy this....

Except when I want to take my firearm legally between states without filing additional paperwork, or when I want to leave it loaded and ready in my vehicle.

You ever going to come do some dynamic shooting?

I know, I actually TOTALLY agree with the practicality of turning an R into a P. It is genius. And they shoot almost as well (short LOP). But, would serve well in a sticky situation.

I want to come down. I have so little time with the kids and jobs that every minute of time I use for guns is during LR matches now.

Believe me when I say that I understand the need for more paid training as the classes that I've had were eye-opening.
