Anyone know of it or anyone living there? The Ravines at Westar 799 Warwick Drive, Westerville, OH 43082 As long as you have no road rage then you will be fine, traffic is the worst flippen thing right there at polaris parkway. Other then that i have no opinions about the actual place. Berkeley Park at New Albany 5185 Sulgrave Dr, New Albany, OH 43054 Very easy access to the highway 161 in the morning going twords 270 is a pain in the ass but nice quiet safe area. 12 minutes to easton with no traffic. Also, looking at I believe 161 and Hamilton Rd area... The Estates at New Albany 4701 Rexwood Drive, Columbus, OH 43230 Used to live not to far from there seems a quiet neighborhood, alot of young professionals there. Good luck turning left out of that place at all, during traffic times. Just a few so far but looking. Polaris will be widened east of 71 to 3 lanes like it is at Worthington Rd and further east, Big Walnut Rd is almost a lock to get an exit off of 71. That will expand to the left (west) I believe this will be Westerville South District. It is high but as ridiculous as it is, it's still cheaper than here in Houston... :fuuuu: The other issue is state income tax....spoiled in Texas with zero so almost anywhere we go is going to hurt us...
