Where to live on the North side?

Anyone mentioned Johnstown yet? New Albany next door cheap taxes I do not know about the schools maybe someone could chime in that lives there.

I've looked a little at it. Schools are 7/10 for many of them.

The house directly behind mine is for sale in Hilliard, which is kind of north-ish. The location is great if you don't mind living in a neighborhood. It's got a nice garage...

Love the garage but the crime stats seem a little odd or is that normal in that area? Not sure I could fit three kids in it though.

I live in Westerville, woodland trail drive - Westerville schools, Columbus taxes. We have a condo coming up for sale.

All of them are 2 stories 1400-1500 sq ft, 2br 2.5 bath, with 2 car attached garage, storage above garage, patio, gas or eletric fire places, etc. Not sure how many kids you have but it's definitely big enough for a family with 2 children.

double thumbin' it!

All homes are built in my neighborhood. I live in Millstone Creek. MI is building here in Westerville currently:

Brown patch is the development beginning. That will expand to the left (west) I believe this will be Westerville South District.

MI is also building here in Westerville:

I believe this will be a Westerville North District, but could be wrong.

We were in town last week and searched a few areas.

Liked the New Albany area but won't pay the prices they want...and was told any new build would have to be $625k minimum..lol.

Seems my wife has fallen in love with the Dublin area but I'd like a little more land if I can talk her into it. I'm leaning more towards Jerome, Powell or Genoa/Galena areas but did really like Dublin.

We will probably rent for a year just to make sure before we buy if everything goes as planned. Fingers crossed here but we'll see.
