Good job dude that's a ton of stuff.

That's not everything, that's just what I took pictures of lol.

I did an insane amount of stuff for Carlyle lately.

nice work man.

Couple of questions:

- Is there someplace online where you have a rate schedule? Or can you ballpark what some of this works costs (i.e. what does 4 rims usually cost in a solid color? what does an old steel motorcycle frame cost in gloss black?).

- is there a special coating you use for doing an aluminum radiator? does it affect the cooling properties any?

- what is the coating you use for head pipes?

- average turn around time?

No, when you powder coat you must bake it to cure the coating. Whatever you coat has to be able to survive over 350F+ for a half hour.

that's not entirely true - you can do some plastics under a UV light with a low temp powder. They coat LS intakes and those are a plastic composite. Because they can't electrically charge the plastic they usually heat it up slightly to get the first layer of powder to stick and then use UV lights to bake subsequent coats.

Hoblick bakes his in an oven.

There is low temp powder, but I won't powdercoat any plastic. There is no way to tell melting point of that particular plastic I'm doing unless I do a ton of research, but even then the plastic could melt before the powder flashes

Cost depends on what I'm doing, the color, what the current condition of the part is, etc. doing a generalized cost doesn't work to well, as every job varies slightly.

As for hot parts, I use Cerakote

Turn around time depends on the workload I have at the time, as well as what you are wanting done. If it's small stuff, I can bust out in a day. A set of wheels is usually 2 days.

I do have a lot of powder on hand, but I may not always have what you want on hand. So I need time to get specific color choices in.

I dropped off some parts to Ryan on Sunday afternoon and I can attest - the dude is working his ass off. There were parts to be coated everywhere while his beautiful Mustang sits untouched. It is cool to see someone grow a business from the ground up based simply on reputation.
