Nice private yard with mature trees. I would do kitchen, baths, flooring, paint, driveway, windows. Great neighborhood (I live in it) - house sq. footage is a bit small (for the neighborhood) and it's split level (less popular than the ranches and traditional 2 stories in the 'hood). That said, $250K is a great price in todays market for this neighborhood. Some updates and $300K is easily reachable. Over $300k is likely a ways off - but if the market stays as crazy as it has been???? Just my $ .02, GLWS, still a great opportunity for someone.
