Exodus
Looking for an HDMI input adapter for my laptop so I can use it as a mini tv. Do they even make these? Would I need some sort of capture device? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Not Brian
What kind of input are you wanting? Xbox One or a cable box? You can stream the XB1 screen onto a Win10 machine (on the same network), if that's the case. But yeah, I believe a capture card is needed otherwise. unfunnyryan
USB HDMI Capture Card Because of DRM and HDCP shit, some content wont be viewable. Most of these devices are meant for capturing non-copyrighted material such as gameplay.

Brian is right (Wow can't believe I am saying it).. Ports on all (That I know of) are all outputs with the exception of USB and firewire. None are made for vid/capture sling it is needed
Exodus
Trying to capture gameplay from a Nintendo switch. Seems the capture card is the way to go. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
