TTQ B4U Posted July 20, 2017 Report Share Posted July 20, 2017 The past few weeks have been tough as I lost a good friend and neighbor suddenly as he went in for surgery and didn't make it. My wife has been helping his wife (who is partially disabled) make her way through bank accounts, and bills, etc. and the entire process of dealing with a sudden loss That said, one of the things they have not been able to do is locate the password for the family laptop which is running Windows 7. Is there anyone here who is skilled at helping reset it or get into it with a boot disk so that we can reset it for his wife? Thanks in advance for the assistance and willingness to help.
