Mitch
It's a new to me truck, I'm rotating tires and detailing them in the process. I don't know how to handle these wheels. They have matte barrels and spokes, but a machined face with what the manufacturer calls a dark tint. I'm assuming it's anodized. I usually protect my wheels with Poorboys World wheel sealant. Well, that's no bueno on matte. I want something on them for winter. I can't chance getting anything from the face on the inside of the spokes and screwing up the finish. Should I go with a matte wheel protectant all over?
TTQ B4U
I would coat them with a matte coating. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
Mitch
Ok, so the matte sealant isn't going to do anything to really dull the face, it's just there.
Not Brian
Trade me wheels, mine are easy.

It won't hardly be noticeable. However if you leave the face of the wheels alone, just stop by my house and we can do those in 10 minutes Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
POS VETT
I just got a set of 20" HRE RB1s and I already dislike the center section satin black finish. Don't use strong wheel cleaner or degreaser on it.
