Very easy to install, very easy to program. My doors are 16x12 so conventional opener wasn't really an option. These motors are virtually silent, aside from the door making noise as it goes up. These units are about 250 a piece. They come with automatic dead bolts that lock the door as soon as it shuts, and unlocks when you open.
