Buck531
I need to have an aluminum plate milled a very small amount. Never had to do anything like this before so does anyone have access to a mill or should I just find a machine shop? Also, before they do anything will they check to see if it is actually warped? It's not a head or anything. Just my intercooler core (some heater core sandwiched in between two aluminum plates.).
Green Bastard
I don't have much to offer except that if you get desperate you could try a glass table and some fine sandpaper. Hillbilly as hell, but I hear it has worked for decking heads.
Rocky31186
There is a machine shop behind Jims trim that resurfaced my cylinder head Called Randys machine shop. I bet he could do whatever you need.

Richard Cranium
What size is the plate? How much do you need taken off?
Buck531
What size is the plate? How much do you need taken off? It's not very big. Not sure how much I would need taken off. I did put a straight edge on it and it seems fine. I honestly don't know why in the fuck it's not sealing. It was on the buick for 5 years without an issue. I did have to reseal the core when I took it off the buick but it seems like it sealed ok? Not sure if there's a way to pressure test the plates or what not either. This is what I'm talking about the 2" chunk of shit sitting on the motor. https://i.imgur.com/reENklD.jpg
