She replied that Zoning was done and approved by the Township. I then posted the screenshots of Berkshire Township reps and their official statement where they said nothing had even been submitted. I was talking to my dad about this project and he was telling me stories about when he and my Grandpa used to do a bunch of land speculating in the 70's - early 90's and he would come in and say he had all these plans and they were greenlighted etc etc etc, but never actually have the money for it. Then everything would fall apart when they couldn't get financing.
