My 2007 CTS-V is making a stinky burning-gear-lube out of the rearend after it’s been driven, like diff fluid is leaking on the exhaust.

Just saw 3 drops of fluid where the car was sitting. Haven’t gotten it up in the air yet, but Googled and found a TSB for a leaky diff vent issue.

Is there any way to validate whether my car was affected by this, or if I can still have the repair done?

EDIT: I guess I’m not sure the difference between a recall and a TSB...
