F-body T56, bellhousing, stock shifter, new clutch kit (stock replacement stuff), lightweight flywheel, and a center console top. Most of what you'd need to swap to a manual minus pedals, master cylinder, and a trans crossmember. $2750obo, message me here and I'll get you in contact Trans is supposed to have less then 100k on it, but it has not been used in a few years.
