Zx2guy19
Got new tires on my truck yesterday and have been noticing some excessive swaying when carrying a load or going over a bump. Well, my driver side leaf spring is snapped. I bought the truck about a year ago and want to take care of this to get more out of it. Any recommendations where to take it? Apparently the bed needs removed...
iwashmycar
Probably easier with the bed removed, but I'd be surprised if it couldnt be done with it on. Leaf packs are typically pretty accessible.
Rocky31186
I can do it if you want to bring it out east.
nurkvinny
No need to remove bed. There are step by step directions online, and there aren't many steps. Lube all the bolts and nuts, order springs online for cheap, re-spray each day while you're waiting on delivery, replace them, have a beer. aussiek2000
Drivers side spring is a pain because the front bolt is behind the fuel tank. But pretty straight forward job. Should be about to find springs fairly cheap online
