Mace1647545504 Posted May 3, 2019 Report Share Posted May 3, 2019 Got a set of fobs for the caddy and did the hold the unlock until it went into program mode. Well they sent the wrong fobs, so i sent them back. Now i have the correct fobs, but when I try to get it into programming mode it won't. What the instructions say is to reset , remove key , open door, then start all over. I did all that but it still won't go into program mode. The instructions say if this happens I need a certified professional's help. So here I am....any ideas?? Mace1647545504 Posted May 4, 2019 Author Report Share Posted May 4, 2019 what model/year of caddy? its an 02 escalade I did more reading an one someone said it's possible to turn the key too fast, even though you only have a few secs to do it.
