Franchi
First impression? No. I'll wait to see one in person before providing a second impression.
iwashmycar
I dunno. My boss has a new GLE63SAMG Black and it seems to be a much meaner but similar machine. Maybe its the initial impression of the interior...but for >$100K, the Porsche looks like a pretty VW-ish interior. I can attest the Merc. is far far from that. Geeto67
...is just a fat hot hatch. CHANGE MY MIND How is that a bad thing? It's a 541hp twin turbo v8 in a moderately useful body that looks better than the existing cayenne. Is it a specialized track weapon or kid hauler? no. Betcha it's not boring either. Oh did you want off road chops? buy a jeep. the previous gen was at best a soft-roader as well, this is porsche - the best you can hope for off-road is to build your own safari 911. Also, it has a houndstooth interior. HOUNDS. TOOTH. SEATS!!!! how dare you talk bad about it in front of the porka legacy fabric.
BuckeyeROC
Performance is cool. A Porsche CR-V/HR-V though, and at those prices? Hard pass from me.

ShowHBK
That Hot Hatchback had WAAAAAAAAY to many Pizzas. Needs to slim down, commit, and get a Bowflex
RCode04
This model is in addition to the Cayenne line. Like a shorter, chubbier sister.
Fiji ST
Your opinion is moot because they're still going to sell the hell out of them.

Dr. Pomade
Needs to slim down, commit, and get a Bowflex This very excellent reference was not lost on me. Well done. As for the Porsche, it's an automatic, which means betas like me can manage to drive them, so there's that going for it.
