TimTaylor751647545500
In the market for a new floor jack as my older HF aluminum "racing" jack is on it's way out. What do you use and are you happy with it? Edited June 28, 2019 by TimTaylor75
cstmg8
Hard to beat the harbor freight selection again. The Dayton low profiles are decent and have good lifting height. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk
Cordell
I have a HBF low pro jack at home and it works great, it's not a Dayton but it is steel, I think Pittspurgh. I've never been a big fan of aluminum jacks because most I've used seem a little unstable. The old Craftsman I have has been great too, but I don't think I'd buy Craftsman anything at this point. I've heard great things about the Dayton brand HBF sells, that store is getting hard to beat. So unless you want to get a NAPA jack like we have at work (good jack, prolly on the pricier side), just go to HBF.
Rally Pat
Harbor freight, but get a steel one, it will last longer.

zeitgeist57
I got the 3ton low-profile Steel HF jack (with a T-handle), and it’s been awesome. Great lifting power (for my Lincoln and Silverado) and a huge height range for lowered vehicles.
Sully
^^^ What they all said. Love my HF low profile "racing" jack.
BuckeyeROC
I bought a Pittsburgh low profile several months ago for the Z/28, but it has been getting a TON of use on the C4. Works great so far... https://www.amazon.com/Heavy-Profile-Floor-Pittsburgh-Automotive/dp/B00IOBOAEE/ref=asc_df_B00IOBOAEE/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312061979255&hvpos=1o4&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12019488316618556993&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9014914&hvtargid=pla-570750860058&psc=
TimTaylor751647545500
I didn't realize they carried so many options now (22). Thanks for the coupon link, Derek...25% off on July 4th is perfect!
cruizin01
I didn't realize they carried so many options now (22). Thanks for the coupon link, Derek...25% off fon July 4th is perfect! Make sure you read the fine print. Typically the branded items and sometimes floor jacks in general are excluded from those large discounts. But definitely search the site with the item number of the jack you want and many times that specific jack will have a coupon you can use. I got a Predator motor and some other bigger HF items in years past at the W. Broad location using 20% or 25% off coupons, but they are definitley sticklers now for "qualified" products. I just got a HF mailer with bright orange coupons on the cover: 30% OFF* *any item under $10 Wow, HF...you're...uhh...too generous?

Cordell
Any of you ever watch this YouTube Tool Bear? It’s an interesting channel and a big fan of HF, plus annoys my wife so I watch it. Check the latest out 15% off anything.
TimTaylor751647545500
Picked up a steel 3 ton Daytona at HF today. Got it home and opened and one of the steel casters was cracked and wouldn't roll. Another trip back to 161 from Delaware and back in business. Saved 15% ($30) Seems like a good replacement. Thanks gents!
