Old unit, it's about 21 years old. I believe it's an Ruud furnace.

 

Yea definitely going to be R22 then. I'd say likely $15-20 / lb, but I've not had a good reason to buy any lately. There has been hoarding going on for years.

Through a company, you'll be $100-$150 /lbs for R22, which is what you have at that age

 

Thanks, this is what I figured. We were charged $100 for a pound, a friend of my wife's thought that was crazy, but again, she also didn't know it was for R22.
