Home builder recommendations?

We looked into it several years ago and ended up building in a neighborhood. While I would have preferred land, the cost to prep the land to build put the total cost of the size of house that we wanted (with 3 kids) out of our budget.

Romanelli & Hughes had a great rep when we were looking: https://rh-homes.com/

DO NOT USE WAYNE HOMES. I have a friend building with them right now and it's a mess. they didn't follow the blueprints and are now having to redo things and its going to take an extra month for them to move in. I have heard good things about Diyanni but they are expensive.

When we were looking to do the same we were fairly zoned in on Coppertree. One of my friends is an architect who does home design for several builders in town and he took the blueprints he drew up for his own home and presented them to many of the builders he works with on a regular basis and ended up with Coppertree and was very happy with the results.

Just finished building with Regent homes (Small builder out of Hilliard). Not a fast builder, but thorough and high quality product. Really happy with my "big-old-ranch".

If you want more information let me know:

Mark Chamber's is the owner/builder

FYI - I built on my own 5 acre lot..
