Woolite and water is good for cleaning. I use Zaino leather in a bottle as a conditioner. Modern leather is coated, (usually) so it's probably not doing anything, but it smells great. Edited by Mitch

This. Most seats are coated unless you have an upgraded interior or super nice vehicle: King Ranch, Escalade Platinum, Bentley etc.

 

Use mild soapy water, soft toothbrush or whatever product you like the smell of.
