You going for weight you've never done before you go maybe 10lbs further to where it would slowly go down on you. It slamming down on your chest means you're an idiot and you're gym posing is in full force, because you got in over your head. I felt bad for the dumbass. It's so funny seeing people try to show off at the gym instead of being productive with their lifting.Oh and the dude at the end not even spotting good and just watching the dude dump weights off the bar.
