We also could sit in our backyard and listen to it. Hotels...yes, but they'd be maybe only 5miles away. The zipcode there is 45429. Check out the hotels around that zipcode and you'll be good man. You could probably stay in the marriot for like 40 for 50 bucks. Only downfall is they charge your credit card immediately if they find a deal for you. Trust me though you wont be disappointed. The Fraze pavilion is deep in Kettering. Are you talking about the Dayton Marriot off of Patterson avenue? If so, that is definitely not walking distance. The Fraze is about 4 miles away as the crow flies.If I remember correctly, there isn't a hotel within walking distance of the Fraze. It is surrounded by the Kettering PD, Government Center, Old folks home, Kettering Fairmont HS, and suburbs. The nearest hotel may actually be that Marriott. Take a cab?
