Not at faults would be on your CLUE report (comprehensive loss underwriting exchange, I think I always forget the e)

If a claim is filed on any property you own the state has records.

If it's incorrectly marked as an at fault it would be on your MVR (motor vehicle report), if that's incorrect you have to file a protest with the state of Ohio.
