PrettyEye
Greetings! Please share this with your members and friends ASAP. Let’s make this a fabulous event!Mark your calendars for Saturday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. That's when the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum in Pickerington, Ohio, will open its doors to visitors from near and far for a free day of family fun, community and motorcycles. The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum Open House will start with free admission to the facility's world-class exhibits, including MotoStars: Celebrities + Motorcycles; Awesome-Ness, featuring the work of the King of Choppers Arlen Ness; and the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame. The day will include something for everyone: motorcycle demo rides, a fun zone for kids, a bike exhibition and more.In addition, nearly 40 vendors from the Central Ohio community are expected to be on hand, offering up both local cuisine and flair. Companies interested in vending can contact Toni Shoap at tshoap@ama-cycle.org or by phone at (614) 856-2222, ext. 1340.Join the fun at the open house and help out your neighbors at the same time. Bring in your non-perishable food items to support the Food Pantry of Pickerington and receive an entry into a drawing for a “Museum Basket” door prize! For every non-perishable item you will receive one entry, so five items = five chances. Let’s really step up and help out the Food Pantry, so they can help out the folks in need during tough times. "With a full slate of activities -- and the world-class AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame at the center of it all -- you'll find plenty to like. Plus, you can't beat the price!"Make plans now, and see you in September.http://www.motorcyclemuseum.org/news/story.asp?id=1113Daniel Smith, CFREResource Development DirectorThe AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum13515 Yarmouth Dr.Pickerington, Ohio 43147phone: 614-856-2222, ext. 1198fax: 614-856-2221dsmith@motorcyclemuseum.org http://www.motorcyclemuseum.org
