Buy your guns from private party, and don't post that you own any. I'm still unsure if I should really get my CCW. That puts me on a list I might not want to be on. Did you give them your SS#?Go back in 3 days and Im sure you will be good. If your still delayed, have them ask for someone in charge (Chief) and it will most likely be cleared on the spot. I want the classic, i think, I was told it would exhaust better? Barrel is the same lenght between the two. Classic weighs a pound more. Correction specs say no difference except cover gaurd. I didnt give my SSN, because the form said it was voluntary.I'm not entirely sure that I'm in the NCIC database, but I'd be willing to bet I'm in the state/local databases (a few arrests, no felony convictions) and I dont think that will bar me from completing the purchase.I'll wait till tomorrow, and give them a call. Its probably been about 10 years (or so) since my last purchase there, but I dont really remember.I'm sure that come tomorrow they'll say everything's ok. For the record, I've bought and sold several pieces throughout the years in his shop. According to him, he's seen more of these "indefinite delays" in the last 6-8 months than he has during the entire time its been in effect.
