Hoblick Posted December 1, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 1, 2009 to remove that lip i used a round file from sears, bastard cut. after i was happy with the material i removed to transition the fed ramp into the chamber. i then used sandpaper in this order... 220/320/400/600/800/1000/1200/1500/2000then i used some mothers metal polish. at first i as working it by hand with a small rag, then i decided it to put a small drill bit in my drill, wrap a rag around it. worked better. i didnt sand anything in side the barrel/chamber, i just used some mothers metal polish with that same drill bit rag set up. worked very well. I will stop over there maybe today, pull it apart and check it out. 22s are a blast to shoot but they always seem to want to jam.
