well when your rents wont let you get a v8 for your first car you work with what you have. its cheap, fast to install, works great and nearly doubles the power of the car.

most ppl look at it as a cool thing that ppl are modding v6's insted of looking at it negativly. Espically when that v6 ends up faster than their GT or Z28

if your parents wont let you get a v8 car then you prolly don't need a fast car. Im sure glad my rents made me start with a truck...then a couple years down the road I got a z28.

nice yet for the money you end up with enough in the v6 you could have traded it on a nicer car. (although $2300 on a supercharger is pretty good)

but for the record... 1 i paid in full cash for my car ( no mommies nipple was involved) 2. it had 35,000 miles when i bought it. and 3 a mustang was the last pick, i wanted a 4runner for a while, then a jeep (parents think jeeps are cheap and wouldnt let that happen), then a truck, civic, went to a dealership and filled out paper work at lindsey acura to get an accord but didnt and then finally came upon the mustang. The initial reason i even thought about a mustang is cause my brother had an 87 foxbody that he raced and he always has been into racing mustangs. thanks tho for looking into your glass ball and seeing my past so perfectly

nobody claimed it to be a muscle car. its far from it. its not fast at all. never said it was. They just think its cool that people work with that they have to work with. I was 16, almost all 16 year olds want to mess with their cars. am i wrong?

1) You're still a n00b here that dug himself into quite a big hole, so you will be tested every chance we feel like until the general population on here have decided you've dug yourself out of the hole. Especially the shots you took at shitty, he's probably got more worldly knowledge and experience in his left hand than you do in your life.

2) You're selling car parts on a motorcycle forum - fine if you were more of a senior member, but you're not.

3) Once again, you prove your 'wanna be' status with your first car choices, and your "i paid cash" statement. No one is impressed. I paid cash for my first car too, big deal, but I guarantee you it cost less than what you paid for yours. And no, I didn't mod it, and didn't buy it to mod it.

You need to watch how they say it. Language and tone are important to know whether they're legitimately complimenting you, or they're smiling and nods and giving you feedback just so you'll shut up and go away talking about your souped up v6.

went to the guys house. the guy i saw when i bought it was the guy who own its buddy. who just ran it out to me. but the guy was cool. we got the title taken care of and he didnt leave untill he made sure i had good plates in my name to make sure everything went well since it was a hassle driving all the way to dayton.

If I could keep only one of my toys it would be my 88 Mustang. It is true that does not accellerate or handle like a liter bike. However it has had its fair share of dragging 600's down the freeway. A 750 seems to be a good race for it. 600 rwhp and close to 700 rwtq on a 100k shortblock untouched.

A V6 mustang != all the other V6's you mentioned. Especially not a GN . Not only that, but all those other V6s were the highest performance option you can get (And no, the 305 V8 you could get in the old regals, does NOT trump the V6). When you could get a V8 mustang, or V8 F-body, why mess with a V6?

so iv had my M112 kit on for about 7 months now. ran great. love everything about it just looking to get some $ to pay off the GSXR quicker. i really am torn to sell the kit so i dont have to. if the price is right ill let it go. its everything you need to do with m112 swap and it has a JLT high boost CAI, pre shave blower, billitflow 3.4 pulley and a steeda 3.10 pulley, (8) 39# injectors, shortest adaptor plate you can get for the set up.. i made the #'s in my sig on this setup with a very conservative tune with only about 16* of timing pulled. Most of the guys running this setup are upwords of 300rwhp and even up into 380rwhp with extensive tunning and a boost cam. not sure on a price yet. some where around $2,300. this kit fits all 99-04 3.8 mustangs. and any 94-98 v6 mustangs with a split port swap. let me know. taking offers
