APCh8r
Alright, so the season kicks off tonight in Anaheim at 10pm on Speed LIVE. I want to hear everyone's predicitions on the race tonight. There have been some changes in rider/team line up, with Reed going over to Factory Kawi the main one. I think stewart will come away with the win as reed is still getting use to the kawi, villipotto in 2nd, and reed in 3rd. Lets here what you guys have to say. Here is the team list for this season.2010 Monster Energy® Supercross Teams ListSan Manuel/Yamaha/JSEJames Stewart (SX) / Josh Hill (SX) Monster Energy® KawasakiChad Reed (SX) / Ryan Villopoto (SX)Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki Factory RacingRyan Dungey (SX) / Matt Moss (SX) / Austin Stroupe (SXL) Honda Red Bull RacingAndrew Short (SX) / Davi Millsaps (SX)Muscle Milk/Toyota/YamahaJosh Grant (SX) / Justin Brayton (SX)Monster Energy®/Pro Circuit/KawasakiChristophe Pourcel (SXL) / Jake Weimer (SXL) / Tyla Rattray (SXL) /Dean Wilson (SXL) / Josh Hansen (SXL)GEICO Powersports HondaKevin Windham (SX) / Trey Canard (SXL) / Blake Wharton (SXL) /Brett Metcalfe (SXL) / Justin Barcia (SXL)Rockstar Energy Suzuki Presented by CanidaeTommy Hahn (SX) / Jake Moss (SX) / Ryan Morais (SXL) /Blake Baggett (SXL) / Hunter Hewitt (SXL)FMF KTMTommy Searle (SXL)Rockstar/Hart & HuntingtonChris Blose (SX) / Matt Boni (SX)DNA Shred Stix/Star Racing/YamahaNico Izzi (SXL) / Broc Tickle (SXL) / Martin Davalos (SXL) / Max Anstie (SXL)Troy Lee Designs/Lucas Oil HondaWil Hahn (SXL) / Cole Seely (SXL)MotoConcepts YamahaDan Reardon (SX) / Matt Goerke (SX) / Ryan Sipes (SXL) / Jeff Alessi (SXL) /Vince Friese (SXL) / Travis Baker (SXL)Valli Motorsports YamahaIvan Tedesco (SX) / Kyle Regal (SXL)J-Law RacingGrant Langston (SX)BTOSports.com/BBMX/Palmetto SuzukiJason Thomas (SX) / Bobby Kiniry (SXL) / Ben Evans (SXL) / Lucas Crespi (SXL) / Kyle Keylon (SXL)Factory Service KTMMichael Sleeter (SXL) / Sean Borkenhagen (SXL) TiLube/Brown Motorsports KawasakiNick Wey (SX)Rock River Power SportsWestin Peick (SX) / Shane Sewell (SX) / Drew Yenerich (SXL) / Travis Sewell (SXL)Tisco RacingCasey Hinson (SX) / Michael Thacker (SXL) / Taylor Painter (SXL)Team HostilityEric McCrummen (SXL) / Chris Gosselaar (SXL)Honda of Troy/Kilbarger Racing/Eleven10ModsMichael Willard (SXL) / Levi Kilbarger (SXL)Team MMI/TheDirtLab.com/Rockwell RacingAntonio Balbi (SXL) / Ryan Clark (SXL) / Buddy Bruner (SXL) / Rhett Urseth (SXL)

XC_Raptor700R
It will be interesting for sure. I think we will see a smarter more mature racer in Stewart like the end of last season. That's how he won the championship, so now he knows that's what it will take once again. I hope I'm wrong though,
MidgetTodd
Stewart if he contiues useing his head more than the throttle. He has some amazing talent just needs to be a little less agressive with it. I also like his attitude towards the sport, sponsors, other racers and fans. Reed on the other hand, yes he has mad talent too but I've never really liked his attitude at all towards anything. Seems to always throw fits when things dont go his way and has more of an entitlement type tude, not really a fan.If Stewart doesnt crash, he'll win. XC_Raptor700R
Didn't I post earlier about Stewart's maturity ??? I wish I would have been wrong, lol. What a great race for Ryan Dungey !!! That was awesome !!!
Modern Synthetics
Stewart has definitely improved and matured. He has learned that he doesn't need to go balls out every second in order to prove how fast he is. Glad to see he is keeping it on two wheels a lot more these days. Could be an interesting season. XC_Raptor700R
I don't think it will be near as exciting as last year. I will give it a couple more rounds or so then decide if I watch much more of it.

APCh8r
was Jason Lawrence racing with one of those house arrest ankle braceletI don't even understand how he still has any sponsors and why they allow him to race. His is an embarrassment to the sport and is constantly in trouble with the law.

jblosser
I predict that Ace Frehley can't play guitar anymore to save his ass.<rant>Not a prediction, a FACT.Hendrix did it well. This was a poor, poor imitation. What a disgrace - he seemed to get confused 'bout halfway through and couldn't remember and/or hit the right notes. And enough of the "smoking guitar" crap, already. It's played out, AceDrunk? Early-onset Alzheimer's? You make the call. And why did I have to wait through 15 minutes of a monster truck "competition", err, exhibition? Seems like the main idea is to roll your truck. Snooze.</rant> Edited January 10, 2010 by jblosser
Earache
<rant>Not a prediction, a FACT.Drunk? Early-onset Alzheimer's? You make the call. I'd say a combination of both.I liked the way he'd fret a note that was wrong, hear that it was off and then slide up or down to the correct fret. Looked like me when I learned to play.
