HomeSlice
Hello forum patrons! Does anyone know what the fine is for failure to display a license plate? (The plate fell off/ got stolen/ you're a ninja/ etc)Seems like most Columbus Police are pretty cool about lights/plate mounts/ exhaust as long as you at least attempt to stay legal. swingset
I can't keep the rear plate on my dual sport...I've lost it 3 times. Last time it took a flight, an OHP asked me in a gas station if my bike was plated. I said yeah, looked back and figured out why he asked me....no plate. I told him I left that day with one on the back. He was nice enough not to ticket me, but warned me most of his coworkers would.

Wolf
My last vehicle, I ran for 5 years without a front plate. Never an issue. Even the few times I was stopped for other things, it was never mentioned. The car came from WV, and didn't even have a bracket for a front plate. I'm legal now with my truck.
