People shouldn't take OPERATING MACHINERY lightly period. Doesn't matter if its a bike, car, forklift, tractor, saw, lawn mower, weed eater, blender, etc... Pretty much everything can/is a safety risk to you/others. People just need to learn to pay attention to what they are doing and what others are doing around them.
