Job Duties Include: Initial contact with customer, translating customer requests in to repair orders. Accurate entry of parts and labor hours Handling customer phone calls including over the phone estimates, and technical questions. Scheduling work load Communication to technicians and customers Cash management Shop organization Applicants Should: Posssess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Be customer service oriented, and easily approachable. Have a good understanding of Motorcycle and atv repair and parts Be familiar with Microsoft Word, outlook, and excel. Be willing to work evenings and weekends.
